The Stadium Meditation

The Stadium Meditation is very powerful, and at the same time fun. This 10 minute exercise is designed specifically to grow your self confidence as a leader, to grow the radiance of your inner light, and to vanquish any fears you may have around being seen, being valued and being paid. Take the time to really soak into each of the steps, to allow yourself to adjust to each of the practices. Each one is a specific skill that will touch you in a different place, bring up different issues.
